Wondering where your Paul’s Poles order is? You can quickly check its latest delivery status using your tracking number and the Royal Mail tracking service.
We now send all orders only by Royal Mail Express 24, with 99% of parcels arriving promptly after dispatch and the remaining 1% arriving after 1 or 2 days more. Please keep in mind that deliveries to more remote locations — including the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and other offshore areas — may take an additional 1–2 working days.
