Because the pole packages are considered oversized goods, we only ship to the UK, including the island. We do not currently deliver to other international locations. This is partly due to complicated, headache-inducing customs arrangements post-Brexit, and delivery costs for 7m poles in particular are prohibitively expensive outside the UK. Yes. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Please note that return postage costs are your responsibility. The item must be returned in its original condition, but once it’s returned all together, you will get a full refund.
We now only use one courier company. All shipments are tracked.
All poles are sent by Royal Mail/Parcelforce due to their reliability. They usually arrive within 24 hours.
While they are designed as water-fed poles for best results, they can also be used dry or with cleaning solutions if needed.
No. Each pole connects quickly and easily to standard ½-inch water connectors. We also sell replacement connectors if required.
